CIVIL CONTINGENCIES BILL: Terry Neal's parallels

US author Terry Neal compiled some first-rate research on Hitler's Enabling Act in 2004.

It was his intention that this research should be used freely.

Sadly, it has since vanished with his website (www.terryneal.com/HitlersEnablingAct.htm).

However, as a tribute, we have reconstituted it as an Adobe Acrobat (PDF, 266kB) document.
